Me Charles Guay practices litigation in insurance law, civil and professional liability law, directors' and officers' liability and commercial law. He is the leading partner of the firm's Insurance and Liability Practice Group and specializes mainly in litigation involving fraud or other complex claims for insurers. His experience and practice have led him to regularly plead before the civil courts and to assist clients in alternative dispute resolutions. 

He regularly provides training in his fields of expertise, is an accredited trainer at the Chambre de l'assurance de dommages (ChAD) and is involved as a lecturer at the École du Barreau and the Faculty of Law of the Université de Sherbrooke. As a student, he has taught legal research, acted as a research assistant in administrative and labour law and organized a fundraising event to raise a significant amount of money for the modernization of the law library.

Demonstrating rigour and professionalism in the execution of the mandates entrusted to him, he distinguishes himself by his pragmatic and personalized approach advocating the prevention and resolution of disputes.
