Chantal Lavallée is in charge of the firm’s skills development program, and practices in health law and in liability, insurance, and real estate law. She handles a range of cases dealing with the professional liability of workers in health care and other fields, civil liability, insurance, and the right of ownership and dismemberments of ownership. She has also taken the lead on a number of cases involving civil and hospital liability across Québec.

Chantal is an accredited trainer with Institut d’assurance de dommages (Québec’s P&C Insurance Institute) and regularly gives talks and training sessions. She is active in her community with a number of social and community groups.
