Daniel Têtu was admitted to the practice of law in 1985 after being a notary for five years. He has extensive experience as a legal advisor to private companies as well as public and parapublic agencies. In this capacity, he advises management and regularly participates in the negotiation, drafting and implementation of partnerships, reorganizations, contractual agreements and regulatory and legislative texts.

His path has led him, over the years, to intervene in very varied sectors of activities such as government, school and municipal activity, construction, the professional sector, health, real estate, agriculture, telecommunications networks, the manufacturing sector and the mining sector. At the same time, he has developed a particular expertise in estate litigation and real estate litigation.
