Called to the Quebec Bar in 2022, M^e Émilie Huard is a dynamic and thorough lawyer, currently practising in the Montreal office. She obtained her law degree from the Université de Sherbrooke.

M^e Huard’s notable mandates include arranging financing on behalf of financial institutions and private lenders, real estate acquisitions for developers and investors, and property dispositions. M^e Huard’s practice is complemented by the drafting and negotiation of commercial leases, partnership structures and corporate documents.

What sets M^e Huard apart is her pragmatic approach and judgment in solving her clients’ legal issues and concerns. Her career path is growing, as she has been pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation part-time since January 2023. This training further strengthens her knowledge of real estate law and will enable her to advise her clients on the fiscal aspects of the transactions in which she is involved.
