Called to the Quebec Bar in 2018, Me Marilou Baillargeon practises business, corporate and transactional law at our Quebec City office, covering mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate reorganizations.
She began her professional career in the field of automated systems and construction electricity, working in a variety of factories and construction sites, including hospitals, as well as commercial and industrial environments. Her experience has provided her with a wealth of knowledge that she now uses to enhance her customer projects.
She then decided to redirect her career by resuming her studies. First at Cégep, then by completing the Université de Sherbrooke's cooperative law-MBA program, after which she obtained a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in business administration. Her career path has been enriched by internships across Quebec, notably in Abitibi, and in various legal fields.
In carrying out her mandates, Me Baillargeon distinguishes herself by her thoroughness, her adherence to case processing deadlines and her ability to listen attentively, all of which enable her to offer outstanding service to her clients.
Me Baillargeon is actively involved in tax-related training, regularly attends courses, and actively participates in events. Her involvement in social initiatives helps her build close ties with her colleagues and clients, contributing to her professional success.
