A Croatian native, Me Marya Repac joined Cain Lamarre’s Montreal office in 2018 after completing her articling internship. She earned a bachelor's degree in law from Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), where she graduated with honours in 2016. She is currently pursuing a master's degree in intellectual property law at Osgoode School of Law (York University, Toronto). Prior to studying law, Marya obtained Specialized Honours B.A. degree in English Literature from Glendon College (York University, Toronto) as well as a Master’s degree in the same field from Concordia University (Montreal).

Marya's practice focuses on intellectual property law (copyright, trademarks, entertainment law), information technology law and business law (corporate and transactional) for clients in the field of arts, culture, video games, software development, AI and new technologies.

In addition to her legal practice, since 2020, Me Repac has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Quebec literary magazine Les Écrits and she gladly welcomes all your suggestions for must-read books, unmissable theater plays and mind-blowing music!
