Expertise: personal and family law

Me Justine Carli practices in the field of civil and family law, particularly in the area of youth protection for the North team. Me Carli holds a bachelor’s degree in law, majoring in life sciences, and a master’s degree in life sciences and law from the Université de Sherbrooke. She also holds a certificate in biology.

Me Carli is the author of an essay for her Master’s degree in Life Sciences and Law (M.S.V.L.): Une plus grande protection des droits fondamentaux des déplacés environnementaux face aux changements climatiques : une perspective canadienne” from the Université de Sherbrooke (2021). She also appears on the Dean’s Honour List (2016, 2018) and the University of Sherbrooke General Law Student Association Scholarship (2019).

Expertise: business law

With a civil law degree (LL.L.) (COOP) from the University of Ottawa, Me Émie Lebel practices law at the Rimouski office since 2018, first as a student, then as an articling student and now as a lawyer in the business law team.

Me Lebel’s practice focuses mainly on transactional law, particularly in matters of sale-acquisition, fisheries law and corporate reorganization. She is also involved in the bankruptcy and insolvency team. Having at heart the entrepreneurial projects of her clients, Me Lebel is not afraid to share her ideas.

Expertise: labor and employment law

Originally from Lac-Saint-Jean, Me Charles-Éric Gilbert practices mainly in labour and employment law. He joined the Saguenay team as a law student in 2018. Me Gilbert holds a bachelor’s degree in law as well as a master’s degree in business administration from Université de Sherbrooke and also participated in a student exchange program at the University of Grenoble.
