Joël Beaudoin


Expertise : immigration law

Originally from Sept-Îles, Me Joël Beaudoin quickly turned to immigration law. A member of the Quebec Bar since 2016, he holds a Bachelor of law degree as well as an MBA from the Université de Sherbrooke. To further his education and broaden his horizons, Me Beaudoin also studied international law at Vilnius University in Lithuania.

Before joining Cain Lamarre, Me Beaudoin worked for Montreal International, where he honed his knowledge of international labor and immigration law.

Daphné Côté


Expertise: labor and employment law

A member of the Quebec Bar since 2021, Me Daphné Côté holds a bachelor degree in law from Laval University. Specialized in labour and employment law, Me Côté is known for her organizational skills, her empathy, and her attentiveness. Her clients appreciate her liveliness as much as her authenticity and thoroughness. Me Côté invests 100% of her time in her practice in order to find the best solution to her clients’ legal issues.

Highly committed during her studies, Me Côté was a student volunteer with the pro bono organization and the Laval University’s Legal Information Bureau. She was also the coordinator of a team of 38 students in the “Enjeux du droit” academic competition and participated in the 42nd edition of the Pierre-Basile-Mignault Moot Court Competition. She also completed an internship at the Superior Court of Quebec.

Maude Martin


Expertise: business law | transactional law

Following her studies, Me Maude Martin began practicing law and joined the Quebec City team. A member of the Quebec Bar since 2021, the Lac-Beauport native has a passion for law, particularly business law. She is a member of the Corporate and Transactional Group at Cain Lamarre in Québec City.

Me Martin holds a bachelor of law degree from Laval University as well as a certificate in business administration and management from the same institution. She also completed her academic career with a semester at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the University of Montpellier in France. Her multiple academic experiences and her keen sense of the business world naturally led Me Martin to practice business and transactional law.
